The position of a blog in the wikio rankings depends on the number and weight of the incoming dynamic links from other blogs (blogrolls are not taken into account).
The weight of any given link increases according to how recently it was published and depends on the linking blog's position in the Wikio ranking. The weight of a link from the top blog is greater than that of link from a blog that is less well ranked.
