i'm givin it to ya


Hey readers. For a while now, I've been wanting to do a really fantabulous giveaway. I luckily connected with chickdowntown.com, a fantastic place for women's designer clothing, and together we have something great for you!

You can win this awesome multi-earth toned beautiful rich colored zig-zag chevron striped Tolani scarf. It's extremely soft and luxe, and would just look amazing with everything! It's priced at $85 (whew!), but you can get it for....FREE!

All you have to do is leave your name, your email address, and tell me what you would wear with this gorgeous scarf. If you really want to impress me, make a polyvore to display how you would incorporate the accessory!

This scarf fits perfectly with my new steve madden madalynn brown cutout platform pumps, a pair of skinny legs, a white v-neck T shirt, lots of fun ethnic gold bangles, and casual windblown hair. I would love love love to have this scarf!! It seems like suchhhh a versatile accessory. I could give you 10 more outfits it would look awesome with!

  7. So I would most likely wear either something simple with this, leggings a long top the scarf or leggings with shorts and a fun tank, a bunch of bangles and boots or sandals, when it's chilly out, I LOVE to wear layers, like a light sweater and my leather jacket.. here's an idea:

  9. i want this scarf sooo bad! personally, i like funky accessories but i would keep the rest of my ensemble very simple. i envision a simple white tee and skinny jeans with nude pumps (nine west luceros if on a budget, or christian louboutins if splurging:). to spice this simple but classic outfit a bit i would add a very fancy nadbag (like a new rose-printed Louis Vuitton satchel, if i can ever afford it, lol)and i would add a set of orchid necklace and earrrings just to make sure my outfit is unique. there is a million ways to dress this scarf up or down but the most important thing is that it goes with almost any outfit and individual style is what matters in the end! i am a big fan of scarves and i have been coveting this one for a longest time. i hope you consider my simple (mostly because i haven't figured out how to make it pretty)polyvore set- http://www.polyvore.com/tolani_scarf/set?id=7737998

    Lovely scarf!! I'd wear it this spring with my long line sailor boatneck tee, leather jacket, black leggings and knee high boots. Or with a floral maxi dress, cardigan and strappy flat sandals. Or plain white tee, boyfriend blazer, skinny jeans and ballet flats. So many outfit choices can't write them all down!

  42. I'd make sure its long enough so I could tie it bandeau and halter style around my upper half. Then on the bottom half, I'd wear a white or fading maroon skirt/shorts and throw on fringe heels. This is for the beach....

    Hm... I'd wear it with a solid colored tank top- probably white, beige, or grey. Heart shaped earrings, a thing necklace with a small penchant, light jean shorts or a dark pair of capris, and a pair of wedges with lavender nail polish!   51. I'd definitely want to highlight the scarf, so I'd probably wear it with one of my many tank tops in blue or black--with a jacket if it's chilly. And jeans or a cute skirt with boots or sandals, depending on the occasion.
    I just bought my very first (non-winter) scarf, and I absolutely love it. But this multi-colored one is infinitely cooler!

  71. The wonderful thing about this scarf is that it is so versatile. It can work with many different outfits. I could wear it with a white t and jeans, a white button-up and jeans, a white shirt and khaki pants, a white button-up and chocolate brown pants...
    But it's not limited to use with white. I have a pink tee and a rose wrap top I'd like to see with this. I'm pretty sure my burgundy tee would set it off wonderfully. I've a peach button-up on my wish list which would probably make a fantastic background... and any one of those would go with the aforementioned jeans and pants! I also have goldtone and silvertone jewelry, some with rose quarts and some with turquoise and blue topaz, that would complete the looks.
