lovey

As I have no boyfriend, my brothers blazer is my boyfriend blazer today...

Boyfriend blazers, oversized jacket, whatever you would like to categorize them as, the androgynous staple is flattering on everyone, keeping in mind what the item is paired with, of course. I believe the blazer looks best with a skirt/top combination; the skirt being a girly flouncy and short shape, and the top streamlined with the skirt. Dresses can work on certain people, but I'm not a fan of myself in a blazer and dress. The sleeves should be rolled up to give the look more structure, and a slim fit is important. Mine is mens H&M. This look can appear very 80's and tacky, so it's crucial to modernize the whole look by pairing your long jacket with subtle shapes and colors.
Ashley Olsen and Kate Moss are the first fashcons that come to mind when I think of the garment. It's not difficult to figure out why! Other ladies can pull it off superbly, too. Take a look:

Androgyny at its simplest. The outcome is fantastic although its difficult to find one that fits just right.
