My super awesome and totally cool cousin gave me a jacket on Thanksgiving that she didn't want. It's from Old Navy, before they started getting good, and I grabbed it right from her unknowing skinny fingers. I immediately saw a lot of potential in it, so I put it away knowing I would dig in soon for a Frankenstein-esque makeover!
My first thought was to stud it. They're everywhere right now, and honestly, what's better than a diy studded blaza'? My impatience squashed that idea (I don't have any studs!). I decided to just replace the fug buttons and add some embellishment.

BEFORE!!! AHHHH!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!
What did I do, exactly, you ask? Well, I'll gladly tell you!
- replaced the snooze-worthy buttons with some stunna's
- added some little thingies (really, what else do I call small spherical gold objects with a ring on them?) to the bottom pockets
- added carved buttons to top pockets
- added a chain on the right pocket flap.
